We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at s.denny@inbloomautism.com and we will help arrange it.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, full access ends and your account reverts to the free sample tier. Your saved progress is kept, so you can resubscribe later and pick up where you left off.
Cancelling instead of refunding
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from Manage billing on the Full access page. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
